The Capabilities section lets you upload knowledge documents to a character's knowledgebase or use the text editor. It also allows you to define permitted actions and responses for interactions with users.
You can upload a PDF, DOC, or TXT file to the character’s knowledgebase.
After selecting a file to upload, allow some time for the file to upload.
The completed upload will be labeled with a green ‘Complete’.
You can also manually enter information about the character’s knowledge by selecting the ‘Knowledgebase’ tab.

Leave text inside the text editor when you are finished.
Use this section to define actions that can be taken by player when interacting with the AI agent, and responses that can be returned by the AI agent.
Use the text inputs for creating a new action or response. Click ‘Add action’ or ‘Add response’ to finalize the creation.
The new action or response will appear at the bottom of the list and, by default, will be accessible to all AI Agents in your Workspace. Use the toggle to restrict the action or response to a specific AI Agent only.
