Common Knowledgebase feature are currently available only for enterprise clients. For beta users, this feature is planned for release in January 2025.
The Common Knowledgebase page allows you to upload large documents or manually input text to build a character's knowledge. This section helps enrich your AI agents with detailed information, enabling them to provide more immersive and accurate responses based on the lore or facts you define.
Common Knowledge is used to share information that multiple AI agents can access and reference during interactions. It allows you to create a unified knowledge base that characters can draw from, ensuring consistency in how they respond to certain facts or lore in the game world.
You can use the ‘Recipient’ filter to view Common Knowledge shared with specific AI agents.
Use the ‘Sort by’ filter to organize Common Knowledge by ‘Alphabetical’, ‘Date added’, or ‘Recipient count’.
After clicking ‘Create Common Knowledge’, you'll be taken to a new page.
Start by filling out the fields in the Common Knowledge Details section.
Next, in the Knowledgebase Content section, you can either 'Upload' knowledge documents or use the 'Editor' to manually input the Common Knowledge details.
Click the ‘Edit’ icon to modify a Common Knowledge item from the list.
The Common Knowledge data will be retrieved so that it is pre-filled in the appropriate sections.
Here, you can also adjust which characters have access to the Common Knowledge.
Using the ‘Add Character’ modal, you can select and characters that share the Common Knowledge.
Click the ‘Save and Train’ button on the modal to finish adding the character.
